I got bored and decided to try creating an HDR image. This was created from a single exposure, and tweaked a bit in photoshop. I liked it in black and white, what do you think?
very nice :)
I agree !
awesome!
Thanks! It's pretty amazing what you can do with software these days.
The black and white works well. I like!
Nice... but all of those kids who were afraid of the slide just went crying to mommy... A few thunderbolts in the sky and it would be complete.
Love the composition! The angle gives it a big punch.
I never thought a playground could be so intimidating! Very cool :)

Yeah!,
Just when you thought it was safe to return to the Playground...

haha! I guess it is kind of scary looking. And it's welcoming you to come in too.
Here's another shot I took that day in color HDR
Did you use just one RAW exposure? How did you get the kids in there?
Rodger: Did you use just one RAW exposure? How did you get the kids in there?
Both images were created with a single RAW exposure. I took these shots before even knowing about HDR, so I had to create several exposures in photoshop. I don't even know if I'm doing it right, but that's how it turned out.
nhra drags in vegas a while back. first link off the pict host, so I hope folks see more than x's.

Ahh yes. Should have realized that! With results like what you're getting, I don't think anyone would say you're doing it a "wrong" way! Another nice shot!
