    Beautiful shots as always. Went on a butterfly count over the weekend, and ended up with more than just butterflies: Setup was 40D + 300/2.8 + 2xTC and 5D II + 180/3.5 + 1.4xTC

  • Prime Decision 85/60/50

    I am looking for a portrait and nature prime lens to go on an XSi. I have it narrowed down to the 85 f/1.8 and the ef-s 60 2.8 macro...and why not throw in the 50 1.4 for discussion. Thanks for the thoughts...

  • 180mm f/3.5 Macro lens feels loose on my 40d

    I've gone through two copies of this lens and they both have a little movement when attached to the camera body. I have a handful of other lenses lighter and heavier (e.g. 70-200 f/2.8 IS) and they don't have any movement at all. The movement seems to be vertical only, not a side to side thing...
