Kaeser lighting

Sean, you had given me a suggestion to look at continuous lighting from Steve Kaeser's product line. Have you used, or know anyone who has used his stuff? It's bargain priced, compared to other equipment out there. I'd like to try it, but some others who have dealt with his company have had some negative things to say. What's your take on this? Thanks.

Hey Sean,

I thought I'd give you a fair warning to brace yourself for the onslaught of questions I will doubtlessly have regarding strobist lighting. I'm ordering my kit + add ons soon :D

I'm sure the Strobist blog and the Lighting 101&102 series of posts will help me alot, but I thought I'd just give you a heads up =P
