I think its not out of focus for me, 1D MK III results looks better compare to 7D.

I am kind agree with Benjamin, so if you own MK3 right now maybe no need to upgrade to MK4, unless you really love or think the "New" focus function make lots different~ And ya HD video :) For me I will get new MK3 with great discount price !

I've got same question before 300 f2.8 or 200 f2? after all I bought 300mm f2.8, because I think 200mm really not long enough and I already own 70-200 f2.8 & f4 IS USM~

I've got following lenses: 24-105 f4 IS USM, 24-70 f2.8 USM, 70-200 f4 IS USM and 70-200 f2.8 IS USM etc...., my suggestion buy all above :P all great lenses ! All for different use~ If you only can get one lens for FF body, 24-105 f4 IS USM will do. For 1.6x body and not thinking upgrade FF body in the future, I will get EF-S 17-55 f2.8 IS USM

I own 5D Mk II and some L lenses, recentlly just bought 1D Mk III for all kind action shots. As I know currentlly lots discount in new 1D Mk III, because of new version may release soon this year or next year, therefore I think its good time to get one. I am not Pro therefore I don't need super new version 1D Mk 4, and no point for me to spend lots
