Great entries so far guys. Here's mine for this assignment.

Taken at Notting Hill Gate train station in London during December last year while waiting for the tube. I stopped down to f/11 with ISO 100 to try and get the shutter speed long enough to show the movement of the train coming in while still making it short enough for me to handhold and get a reasonable result.

I only learnt this a little while ago myself.
After you have selected and loaded your file from your computer, before you hit "reply", double click on the postage stamp sized image and another list of options come up.
You can then select the size that you want the image to appear at and then hit the reply button.
This process doesn't apply when uploading from Flickr as you size that as you go.

My entry remains the same above but I just wanted to share this one. Somewhat strange posting this photo on Mother's Day but I saw this man and his children having a picnic in the park yesterday. He twirled the two children around and around as they smiled and laughed with such delight! Personally, I was wondering how he managed to still be standing since he went around so many times! I was getting dizzy just watching!
As I look at this photo, the song "Dance with my Father" plays in my head!

Here is my entry. This is from my film days when I lived in Okinawa Japan. I loved to walk the streets and take photos of people. This little girl was scared of me and climbed on top a car. I shot this with my Yashica Matt 124G on Kodak Verichrome Pan 120, printed it on Ilford paper, bleached it, then died it with sepia the old fashioned way. My crummy scanner does not do this justice at all

Ahab. A lot going on in that picture, and I love everything about it.
