My cub scout and I attended a banquet/ceremony this weekend for Cub Scouts crossing over to Boy Scouts. It was a new experience for both of us.

okay, i'll bite. it seems that there's been a drop off of the number of entries of late. I was in Yosemite Valley, California earlier this week and despite there being not a flake of snow on the Valley floor, my two buddies and I still managed to have a great time getting up at some woefully early hours to catch the morning atmosphere.

OK, one more for the landscape category: Yesterday I had the afternoon completely blank so I went for a walk with the camera. The weather wasn't too fun with light rain and heavy fog, but still there were some keepers - at the moment this one's my favorite from yesterday.
