Stroboscopic Flash?

Has anyone experimented with Stroboscopic Flash using their Canon Speedlites? It sounds like it would be pretty neat to play with. I have no idea where to begin though. Can anyone tell me what settings they have used in what situations (i.e. Number of flashes, Firing frequency,Shutter speed)?


Please post examples if you have them!
