Took this one with my Rebel XS and 50mm f/1.4. Don't have the EXIF data handy, but looking for general critique./cfs-file.ashx/__key/CommunityServer.Components.UserFiles/00.00.00.27.17/DPP_5F00_5435.JPG

Cute baby! One suggestion I have is to clone out the bright light on the left side. I also wonder how it would look with some different crops, perhaps a vertical. The action seems to be moving to the right, so it would be nice to have more negative space there.

You've captured a nice moment, and the expressions on the faces of both subjects brings me in to that moment. I agree with Daniel, it might work better cropped so the subjects were at the left rather than center. Also, I would try cropping a little tighter overall.

I like your choice of f-number, whatever it is. Your baby and wife are in relative focus and the backgroundis not.

Levels or curves..... personal preference maybe, but I think you need to push the whites and pull the blacks a bit.

# Exposure Time (1 / Shutter Speed) = 1/30 second ===> 0.03333 second
# Lens F-Number / F-Stop = 22/10 ===> ƒ/2.2
# ISO Speed Ratings = 800
# Focal Length = 50/1 mm ===> 50 mm

That's what my plugin is saying :) Nifty Fifty I assume?
