I got bored and decided to try creating an HDR image. This was created from a single exposure, and tweaked a bit in photoshop. I liked it in black and white, what do you think?

Nice... but all of those kids who were afraid of the slide just went crying to mommy... A few thunderbolts in the sky and it would be complete.[:P]

Love the composition! The angle gives it a big punch.

Both images were created with a single RAW exposure. I took these shots before even knowing about HDR, so I had to create several exposures in photoshop. I don't even know if I'm doing it right, but that's how it turned out.
nhra drags in vegas a while back. first link off the pict host, so I hope folks see more than x's.

Ahh yes. Should have realized that! With results like what you're getting, I don't think anyone would say you're doing it a "wrong" way! Another nice shot!

this is a fairly cheesy 1-frame HDR attempt. I did the conversion fairly quickly.
XTi, 28-105 f/3.5-4.5 @35mm, 5s, f/22, ISO 100.
