7d vs 5d Autofocus

What are the differences in performance between the 7d and the 5d II in terms of auto focus (not just features; actual performance)?





Also what is the 7d's maximum flash sync speed?

I can not compare both AF out of experience, but the 7D's flash sync is 1/250 of a second.
