Peli case for 40D ?

Does anyone know if a 40D will fit into a peli 1200 ?

According to the specs, the interior of the Pelican 1200 is 9.25"x 7.12"x 4.12". The 40D is spec'd at 5.7 x 4.4 x 2.9". So, by deduction, the 40Dshould fit fine with no lens attached.
