Hey guys, I'm looking for a Canon 40D. Time to upgrade from my Rebel XT, and if the price is right, I'd like to pull the trigger.
I am hoping to find one for around $500.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it seems realityinabox's kind and compassionate spouse insisted that instead of a used 40D, he must buy a new 5DII.
Somehow, I don't think he'll have too much interest in your 40D at this point, but good luck with the sale!

And neuroanatomist is right, I am no longer in the market for a 40D. I forgot about this thread, sorry to get your hopes up.
Now to figure out how to lock this thing.
