Maybe, maybe not. It will come down to personal preference mostly. As long as you are buying a high quality brand, you will be fine. I prefer B&amp;W, so that is what I buy.

Like the others, I'm not sure if it's the "best," but it does what it's supposed to do without noticeably degrading image quality. I used it this weekend, in fact.

Yes exactly, that is what i am wondering! i want to assure that if i cover my 35mm L it will not be cover by mush! As everyone has stated below as well, i expect the B&amp;W to be the better choice,albeit at a price!

Thanks Mr. Setters for your point of view! I am actually now putting this on hold sadly,because i have somehow convinced myself that "trading up" my 5D to much lauded eos 1ds mkii based on its offerings,dual card slot,weather sealing,and so on! i even though of going to the 1.3 crop Canon EOS 1D Mark III for what it has to offer as well! they are sounding very nice,and mmm those gold letters are way swanky baby!
