Withdrawn for now ...maybe after deer season and cold weather sets in it will be a little easier to let go of!

When I was taking photos of the lens, I did notice that there are a couple very small dust specks inside the front element. I have never noticed any problems created in my photos from them but I do want to fully disclose that they are there. Other than that, I could not find any blemishes on the lens whatsoever, no paint chips on the tripod color or anything.

This lens has brought me nothing short of pure joy!

I don't need the lens. But if you want to sell the Wimberley Plate separate I would buy just it.

Someone is going to be lucky to have this lens. Sorry to hear you have to put this on the back burner for now Denise. Hopefully when things turn around, this will be a repurchase. I would buy this if I hadn

Good for you Denise, you would be able to get the Sigma 30mm and the 50mm to replace the 35L down the track a bit and still come out in front.

Really glad to see you've stepped back from the cliff, so to speak. I love your bird photos, Denise, and I'm really glad to see you keeping the 100-400mm.

With FF out of the picture for the time being, it makes a lot of sense to sell the 35L and pick up the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 instead. On APS-C, the difference between the Canon 35/1.4L and Sigma 30/1.4 is very similar to the difference between the Canon 85/1.2L II and Sigma 85/1.4 - a whole lot of money for a relatively modest difference.
