Welcome to TDP forum's "Image of the Week" competition. Each week photographers may submit their images for the title of "Image of the Week." Weekly winners will then compete on a monthly, quarterly, and in our annual poll for the title of "TDP Forum Image of the Year."





Week 19 entry period will be from Monday, May 4th through/including Sunday, May 10th.
Please provide a title for your image.
This is an open competition for landscape, portrait, architectural, macro, or any other appropriate photographic style.
Images should have been either recently taken or processed.
Enter as many times as you would like.




This week will be judged by sedwards.

"Abstract flower"

This image initially was a hummingbird but was transformed using filters in Photoshop

This sort of thing doesn't appeal to many because it really isn't a photograph anymore but it fascinates me what can be created using the tools in Photoshop and I like "out of the box" ideas and techniques.

This one goes to Joel's abstract flower. That is one i would definitely get printed and framed if it was mine Great shots from everyone as expected.

Thanks, I enjoyed experimenting with the "twirl technique" and made at least 20 different ones but this was one of the most appealing..
