Biography:

I am a network architect that designs wide area, cloud, and data center solutions for HP, Inc. in Houston, Texas.

I got my first DSLR in 2009, a Canon T1i, with the goal of capturing family memories well beyond the quality of a point and shoot camera. I've grown considerably in my photography skills by viewing and participating in forums such as this one. I like to contribute when I can, and learn as much as I can from more experienced photographers.

I don't plan on giving up my day job - it's a good one and has treated me well, but I do see making some occasional side money on my photography.
