How do I post photos, web hosting?
I'm just trying vainly to figure this thing out. Also, what's the ideal/max pixel size of the posted photos?
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to help me. I should be able to figure this stuff out on my own but I'm not the sharpest person you've met. gary

When you make a post, you have a small icon which looks like film - click on it.
Max. size is 800px wide (doesn't really matter how long).

Thanks Oren, that was simple enough that I should have been able to figure it out. gary

If you use something like Flickr, you can grab the HTML code from the "Share" tab on the flickr site. Then you copy and paste the HTML into this forum using the "HTML" button (2nd from right) and click update. That's how many people do it I think.

Just trying out Rodger's advice--been trying to learn how to post from Flickr, too. Here goes something (wish me luck!):

Hooray--it worked! --Thanks Rodger!

Very nice!
The ONE thing I don't like about the method I suggested is that it sizes everything small. And the big size on flickr is too big. But I'd rather display my photos a bit smaller than everyone else's rather than go back and resize them. Lazyyy :) hahah.
Sure thing!

Well, and I don't save most of my images after I load them to Flickr because almost everything I shoot is just a practice shot for me, so you're saving me the additional hassle of having to download my own images from Flickr in order to load them to this site again. And I am waaaay too lazy for that. So again: thanks!!
(P.S. The good thing about Flickr is that the large size is available if you ever need to show someone an enlargement, right?)
