Need advice on adapters.....

I was googling around & found some adapters for my M42 lenses. See attached photos:

Question 1: Which of one is the best in terms of quality?


Question 2: 1st photo is an adapter for Leica M42 lenses, are threading same as the rest of the M42 lenses & same as the attached photos as well?


Please help me out as I am confused on which one to get. All suggestions are highly appreciated.
