canon 70-200mm F2.8L USM lens case bag

Im borrowing the canon 70-200mm F2.8L USM (not the IS version) from a friend but i have misplaced his len case bag, probs when i was moving house. I was wondering if anyone knows where to get the same official canon one from on the cheap. or maybe if anyone has it hiding away and will never use it again. if they could send me it possible :S
