First decent dance photo

I have been shooting my daughter's dance recitals for the last thirteen years (no flash allowed). Thanks to the 5dIII and the Canon 70-200 2.8II I was finally able to get a decent photo with some action taking place. Yes I know my daughter is blocking the second girls face with her arm, don't think this can be fixed. Tried unsuccessfully to remove the microphone from the bottom left, any suggestions on how to improve the photo?

Btw, I did not black out the left side of the photo. I wish I got out of my chair (third row center) and went to the back earlier in the night. That black curtain stage left was fantastic for a backdrop. Maybe next year (final year) I'll finally use what I learned from you guys and get a few good ones.

Good gear helps get great shots. So does experience. Every time I shoot an event I learn something.
Zooming with your feet will definitely help the composition as much as the 70-200.
Good image that is even better because your daughter is in the front.
