Printing software

So I just got a Canon Pro9000 Mark II printer. It came with a bunch of Canon software and I was wondering if I should use the included Canon software for printing or if I should print directly from Lightroom. I made one print so far from the Canon Easy-PhotoPrint software and it was pretty easy and straight forward. I have not done any printing from Lightroom or Photoshop.

Simple way is to try and find out what results you get.
Every time I have tried to print directly the results were not that great.
So I stick with the Canon software.
