any lens that can do telephoto and macro?

Using a zoom lens for macro is tough...I've done it with my Sigma 100-300, but it was certainly not optimal. I kept having to change the zoom to get any sort of accurate focus.

If you want a telephoto zoom and a macro, you'd probably do better to get two seperate lenses. For the cost of a 70-200 f/4 IS, you can get a 70-200 f/4 and a 100mm macro, both of which are excellent...
