No, it does not do this sort of stuff. This sounds like the liquify tool in PS. This must be a stronger editing software than what I thought, it sounded like a basic editor such as colors, contrast and ect... which is what I would call LR.
It seems that portrait professional studio edition does support raw. It is also available as a PS plugin.

HI, I used PP for some things, but ended up in photoshop to do the rest of the editing, it's quite handy when you are doing portrait pictures..
NOTE: Im not that good in photography ;) not yet anyhow
