New Amateur photographer

I'm no expert, and certainly not in HDR's, but that photo looks like an HDR. The description by the photographer doesn't mention anything about it being an HDR though. I would think that should be mentioned, especially when replying to a new photographer that might try to create something similar. If I'm wrong, I'll go back to the corner of the room and keep my mouth shut. [:$]
