The nice thing about doing it the way Denise pointed out is that the title in flickr and your link to your photo stream is automatically placed at the bottom of the picture when it is posted. Then peopel can click on the link to go directly to the picture in flickr... which is just an easier way to query EXIF data, shot date, etc .
