@Steve - I think the costumes on this zombie walk are even creepier than last years unless you are just getting braver taking shots of the most gruesome! Nice captures!
@Sean - The lighting is superb on these to give that chilling feeling ...I can just feel Jason's presence lurking!
Thank you Denise, as a passionate photographer, it is great to find people that love getting their photo taken. Most family members duck, or pull faces when I grab my camera and that is why I love shooting events like the zombie walk, hotrod shows, comic conventions and so on. You get unpaid models that want to get their photo taken. It is perfect for practice and honing different skills.
I learn a little bit each time I shoot one of these events. It is a bonus that the images create a little interest.
Steve
Sean - Once again, you are the master at using light to make the photo. Brilliant..!
Steve - I always enjoy your zombie shots. I happened to come across the results of last year's Nat Geo photo contest, and strangely enough, a zombie family won an honourable mention for best people shot: http://ngm.nationalgeographic.com/ngm/photo-contest/2011/entries/gallery/people/#/1
There's no accounting for taste though --- I think yours are a lot better.
Happy Halloween Everyone!
