Nice action shots Comalley, the tell tale sign of very little padding is a sure sign of an Aussie football game, whether it is rugby or league or AFL. I pity poor number 13 in the last shot, his knee looks as though it is about to have some extreme force applied to it. You got to love amateur sport, they are out there playing for fun and all have to go to work on Monday, but are playing like their lives depend upon it.


I miss the smell of linamint in the mornings.

This picture is much more tame. "Well, Spring is in the Air " A goofy little shot I made to enter into a "Spring" photo sharing contest here on Flickr. Canon 24-70 mm was handheld, but the little spring was not.

I know I need to work on my plate presentation but I guess I was more concerned with getting the lighting right. When my daughter & I were halfway thru eating the props, I thought maybe a glass of wine in the photo would have been an improvement.
