Great shots Mick, like the detail and contrasts in the foreground and the skies are superb.
A shot of the beautiful Yarra Valley, where my mate Wally lives.

Mickw - Those are beautiful shots.
Steve - Wally lives in a great place. Very well done, and the clouds really helps the composition.
Mick...that was an excellent set of pictures. Really enjoyed them. But I was wondering where the last two where taken?
Pat...love "Morning Pond".....
The last two pictures were taken near where i live on the coast of Northumberland in northern England. The one of the smooth round rocks is a place called Dunstanburgh Castle. The only adjustment post taking the shot was removal of a tiny round sun over the headland and a little dodge. It was a lucky morning. If you had the original and peeked real hard you can see two fishermen night fishing of the end of the rocks. Lee filters really help. Dunstanburgh is so photogenic. The old ruined castle sloping down to the sea.
The red one is of Bamburgh Castle not far from Dunstanburgh. Its still an active castle and you can visit each day. I got loads of shots, this one in the red phase, the blue/purple one ill post later.

A few more from California. These were taken in the Russian River Appellation of Sonoma County
Both using 3-stop reverse ND filter
