I was already thinking of hooking up with the Wimberley Macro Flash Bracket&amp; the telephoto setup. Would that be the way to go orin your opinion, is the better beamer somethingI should get for telephoto?

Awesome!!! the Wimberley flash bracket will essentially save you from getting the macro twin lite, as the flash bracket serves the same purpose. The better beamer is for lenses 300mm and up ONLY. It's ineffective and not meant for shorter lenses, so maybe get both. The better beamer is meant for outdoor use for stuff like birds.

Absolutely, it's great for extending your flash power. It's used basically usedonly for birding, unless someone else has used it for something else.

It's mainly used for macro, it would work nicely with you 300mm for telephoto marcro work.
