Hmmm, That was a very bad time to do my tax return today, from when I was working in Europe last year.
Because I only worked half a year, and they took out tax at a full year's rate, I was figuring I'd get at least a grand back.
So i did the tax return online today, and they said my expected refund to be €2611.
That's US$3408.
That's just a smidge less than a 5D mk3 will cost.
sigh.
It's going to take a lot of willpower to not pull the trigger.
And I've just gotten a new credit card with $8000 limit.
sigh.

It might not mean that. I ordered on the 6th and got no such email. Possibly it is something they send out after a fixed period of time on unfulfilled orders.Quote:
