Portrait - This Gray Tree Frog was on our front door window last night. So I got my macro and flash out, and he posed for a few shots.

During a recent vacation trip to the Swedish island Gotland we spent a wonderful evening at this place (called "Hoburgen") located close to the south end of the island. It will be my entry for the landscape category.

I just saw Steve's invitation to pick the winners this week. Thanks for the honor. There were many great shots this week. I had real difficulty picking the landscape winner, but ultimately it came down to Erno's "Black and Blue on the Yellowstone River" and Kayaker's "Waterplace." However, this time the edge went to Erno as the picture hit an emotional home to me as well as being a great shot (I've always felt most at home in the mountains). In the portrait category, I kept coming back to Pat's "Gray Tree Frog." So, congrats to Erno and Pat for some great shots this week.
