Here are two shots from last week-end. I'm pretty happy but I'd be glad to get some comments :D
For the background, I put a white collapsible background with two speedlites on each side. Both in manual but at different power during the shoot.
For the foreground, I had a reflective umbrella with a single speedlite with 1/4 CTO just to add a tiny bit of warmth.
Both shots are 1/100s, f/5.6 @ 105mm (using the 24-105)

No, I was a spectator. And using the 400mm f5.6 helped with the candid aspect of it. He never noticed me.
