NVIDIA error when using Photoshop

For $88, I purchased the NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 and a VGA adapter from Best Buy and my daughter installed it in less than an hour. Installing the latest driver took the longest time but dealing with my lack of patience was the toughest on her! Anyway, I am doing the HAPPY DANCE!!!


I didn't know how bad I had it! Pixel Bender is working beautifully!! I can actually slide the sliders and everything adjusts so quickly!! WOOHOO!!! Even DxO Optics is working much more smoothly!!!

There's one small thing though. I didn't know what the Pixel Bender thing was, so I googled and I ended up downloading the Pixel Bender Plug-in for CS5. I assume that's what you are talking about?


I tried it and I guess I must be doing something wrong, since it says that my GPU limit is not sufficient....WHAT!!![:P] Perhaps it's the 21MP photo's, but most probably...it's me [:P]


So one problem solved, another one starts [;)]

She's pretty awesome at this &amp; she hasn't even started her first semester yet in IT!

Well I tried the hack on the CS5 demo and it worked perfectly on my 460 GTX mobile. So I would defitely give a try Alan.
