@Don - that's one handsome pooch! Great profile!
@Denise - fantastic! How can I compete with those floppy spaniel ears?

So here's another. OK - I know these aren't my pets, but there my patients. Does that count? :D

Not sure if it counts, but it's certainly not fair, you get a much wider range of potential subjects :P
I've got no dog, my favourite one is on the other side of the world (my auntie's 65kg st bernard, 6-year-old puppy).
There's a dedicated dog-park around the corner from me, I was going to try copy Denise's idea and go there with my camera, maybe try take some shots to sell to the owners. But now it's full of earthmoving machinery, not sure what's going on there, but no dogs.
ps, Denise, love the spaniel. Has anyone else seen the movie 'Fluppy Dogs'?
As long as nobody minds me sharing in this thread, (if so I could start a new thread) I want to share another patient picture that I really like.

Mind? I wish I had so many different pet photos to share! My 3 are getting to be old news! Beautiful kitty!!
Thank you both!
dd - I am fortunate in that regard aren't I?
conropl - I love this lens... I wanted the 85mm f/1.2 L II, but it was a bit too much. As it turns out the 50mm is perfect focal length in my exam rooms. I rented an 85 f/1.2 and had to back out of the room on most every shot.

This is the sister of the kitten I posted above. Cute in her own right!

That 50/1.2 is really working for you Paul, nice images.
Another of my whippet, Bindi.
