He looks thrilled to be there. I'm guessing some sort of figure skating event (looks to me like an ice rink). Maybe he thought it was Stanley Cup semifinals before he arrived.

What do you think it is that this guy doesn't get? He clearly understands that, as a Nikon shooter, he is the most important and photo-worthy person at any event. However, his grasp of the concept of minimum focus distance is a little weak (or Nikon lenses are somehow able to defy the laws of optical physics... [:P]).

I think I've got it, he is determining a technical problem with his camera. I always new I made a good choice going with Canon....[:D]
