I shot some of a bicycle competition years ago but they're nothing like what you have. Great pictures!
One comments you need to get the right speed.... becasue the whell is not spinning.It must make motion...

These are some shots I took at Road Atlanta on Sat. These were taken at Turn 7. I used an EOS 5D with a 200 2.8L and 1.4 Extender @ F5, ISO 500. More shots can be seen @ jeffersonposter.smugmug.com

Not sure about ltheone, but my photos were posed. I do the same with prop driven aircraft!

Several of these will cause the WHEELS to blur.
