on my computer, I think I still see some problem of this forum
1, the "most active user" seems not update any more
2, when I check "who is on line" I don't see as many users as it used to be even the time I think it should be a lot of member online
3,still there is time everyday the sever is down
does anybody have the same problems or just me?
Still...unfortunately, but different errors than before.
The server is down a couple times everyday. HTTP Error 503 or something.
I have no clue about the first 2 since I never check those.
I'll add number 4 if I may...
4: I don't receive any mail from TDP anymore.
Anyway I guess they are trying hard to get this fixed, so we'll keep our thumbs up [Y] for Bryan and his team.
Not sure about #2, but the others are still happening, as is Jan's #4.
Bryan is aware of the server reliability issues. He's tried several things lately, none of which have completely solved the "Service Unavailable" error. I've sent him an email about this thread because I was unaware of the other issues going on.

I was aware of the 503 issue - this one is killing me - support has been unable to figure out why the application pool simply stops periodically - including every night at a different time.
I was not aware of the other issues and will add those to the to-resolve list.

Oh and I'm not sure if this is an overall error. I'm using apple safari for browsing and I get randomly signed out here. Not that big of a deal since my logins are remembered, but it happens from time to time.
Sometimes when I reply to a thread and I push the reply button I have to sign in again for some reason. But when I return to the previous page and push the button again it will work.
Hope it's a problem I'm only having so there won't be another one on the to-resolve list.
If you look @ the headers, the 503s are coming from Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0 (SQL Server Reporting Services), not Microsoft-IIS/7.0.
Before they recover next time, ask them to trace which pid is actually responding to http requests on 206.72.116.100:80…

Alright so it's not a specific program fault, but an overall error. If I have to sign back in often, wouldn't is seem logically to you that perhaps you're also off-line in the "who's online" section. Last time I checked I was the only one with 11 guests and at that time you replied here...

Problems #1 and #2 are there in Firefox on the Mac. Can't speak to the occasional logout under Firefox, though.
Never had problems with Firefox on mac and getting logged out. Only when I have deleted the cache. For Safari users, I would recommend Firefox. Safari tends to save to much rubbish on the computer to speed up surfing.
Have problems with not getting e-mails and server unavailability, but doubt that this has anything to do with the browser.

Sorry for the barrage of emails - apparently that problem is resolved. I do not believe that the Server Error 503 issue is resolved yet - stay tuned for resolution of that one.
It seems to be good: On this time I ever get Error 503 before...[Y]

Also I personally haven't seen the 503 error the last 2 days or so. But that might be due to good timing.
