Very Nice, Tom
Love your photo, Tom and I agree 100%!!! If it could be this way every day of the year, I'd be one happy camper! Absolutely beautiful weather here in Wisconsin! Our colors haven't peaked yet, but still beautiful!

Nice shot Denise. I like the addition of the border. How did you apply it?
Tom
Nice one Tom, it looks like a much appreciated piece of water for quite some animals. I also like the autumn colors. It's the same here as with Denise. The colors start to pop, but harder winds mess up a lot already. Hope it stays just a few more days so I can get some shots myself. Last yearheavy winds ended the beuatifull sight in less than a week so [:P]
Enjoy this time of the year [H]
And Denise, I also love your shot. The weather was like that yesterday and the sunday, but when I got out of bed early this morning to shoot a sunset....everything stayed awefully grey [:(] Perhaps another try tomorrow [A]

Very nice pics Tom and Denise.[*]
Here are two of mine from this weekend...I should have used the polarizer on the first one....[:(]

Alan, I really like all of these shots, but #3 is by far, my favorite.
You guys are making me jealous with all of these "Fall" shots. Guess I will have to take a trip to the mouintains this weekend to see what the aspens are doing.
Bob
Hi Alan -
I absolutely love your photos!! Where in northern WI did you take these? Door County? I live in the very SE part of WI and colors haven
Bob, Denise, thanks.
Denise, these were along highway 35, about the town of Dairyland (just north of Danbury).
Alan
Wow, you are way up there! That
Denise, I don't live there, but Wisconsin has some of the best colors, because of the many maples and other hardwoods, so my wife and I make it a habit to travel to the various spots in WI, when each area is in peak color. Wisconsin is truly the New England of the Midwest.
Here are a couple from the southern part, too. Near Cashton, just north of Portland (near Westby). Not in the SE, but getting there!

Caught this leaf in mid air. A rare shot, for me. Both photos with a 5DMk2 and 24-105 L.

The mid-air shot is great!
This is more like what I experience.[:D]

Great shots Alan.
They make me want to go shoot more foliage this weekend.
Great shots everyone. Makes me want to shoot more but since it is almost Oct. 16th the only shooting I will be doing in the near future is going to be with a bow and arrow and then a shotgun. Hopefully I will be posting a trophy.
