Image of the Week...Week#4

Entry period will be from Sunday to Sunday, with this first one closing on the 14 July.
Only two categories; Portrait and Landscape
Portrait- Anything with eyes, people, animals
Landscape- Country, town, city, sea, abstract, things (water drops, smoke, flowers, candles and so on)

Each category will have a winner each week and this week judged hopefully by our best "Birdo" Joel.:rolleyes:
Then a poll to sort out monthly winners.

Both are great Sean.

Very nice photos everyone. I am still processing from my trip to the Palouse area of Idaho, but I'll submit this one for the landscape. A thunderstorm woke me up at about 4 am. Still being 3 time zones ahead, it felt like 7 am. So I headed out to see if I could get some lightning.

I find it difficult to compete in the portrait category in these contests. I do not have the lighting or ability to compete with the likes of Sean and others. So I had to pull out the big guns... and amp up the cuteness factor to help even out the competition:p. I hope this shameless attempt to bias the results works... :rolleyes:
