2015 - Image of the Week #47

Welcome to TDP forum's "Image of the Week" competition. Each week photographers may submit their images to compete for the title of "Image of the Week." Weekly winners will then compete on a monthly, quarterly and finally in an annual poll for the title of "TDP Image of the Year."

• There will be only one weekly winner.
• This entry period for Week 47 will be from Monday November 16th through/including Sunday November 22nd.
• Please supply a title for your image.
• This is an open competition for landscape, portrait, architectural, macro and any other appropriate photographic style.
• Images should have been either recently taken or processed.
• Enter as many times as you would like.

This week will be judged by Tounis

Hi guys,

It looks like choosing a winner is becoming increasingly difficult. Honestly, there are 4 or 5 pictures that I regret not having chosen.
In the end it came down to a surprise. Usually, I'm not a fan of IR photography as I don't think I really understand what's interesting in it. But surprisingly I really liked Joel's "Infra-Red Road", with the road looking like a tongue coming out of the woods, so Joel gets the nod this week. Congratulations !

Honorable mentions go to pretty much everybody else, really. Thanks for the great pictures.
