FS: Canon EF 20mm f/2.8 USM

This lens was purchased used on Ebay, about six months ago. The lens is cosmetically beautiful, with only one tiny (<1mm) nick on the lens barrel. The glass is flawless, not a scratch, mark, or spot on it. When I received the lens on Ebay, it was not focusing accurately. I sent it to Canon, paid their $150 standard lens repair fee, and the lens now operates perfectly.


I'm shooting an EOS 40D, and I just purchased the EF-S 17-55mm, which essentially duplicates this lens. If, however, you are looking for a sharp, full-frame prime lens that is fast, and relatively small, this is a great lens. I have the original front and rear caps, and the petal hood that I purchased new from B&H when I bought the lens. I do not have the original box or manuals.


I'm asking $300 for this lens (which retails for about $450+$45 for the hood). I'm located in Chicago, and I'm an experienced PayPal user, which would be the easiest/safest method for payment. Please let me know if you're interested.
