2019 - Image of the Week: #44

Welcome to TDP forum's "Image of the Week" competition. Each week photographers may submit their images for the titles of "Image of the Week." Weekly winners will then compete on a monthly, quarterly, and, finally, in our annual poll for the title of "TDP Forum Image of the Year."

• The Week 44 entry period will be from Monday, October 28th through/including Sunday, November 3rd.
• Please supply a title for your images.
• This is an open competition for landscape, portrait, architectural, macro, or any other appropriate photographic style.
• Images should have been either recently taken or processed.
• Enter as many times as you would like.

Eagle Flying......many opportunities in the Chilkat Eagle Preserve .... hundreds of birds and many are very approachable when perched. The flight shots are tougher to get and I used the 600mm + 2X TC on the 1DX body to get a large enough image on the sensor for good quality.

All of the pics are good this week which makes the selection tough. I kept coming back to the Amsterdam shot, so this week’s nod goes to PatrickH.
