^^^^Wild looking clouds.
The clouds were being wind whipped into fantastic shapes and layers. Really grateful to have been there for that opening to let in some sunset colours. Of course much detail was lost in downsizing from original 75" length.

Here's a recent one I got while in Iceland. Its a combination of three exposures; one for the sky, one for the beam of light, and one for everything else. I balanced the exposures and merged them in Photoshop because I wasn't happy with Lightroom's results.

I went to a wonderful train experience this weekend in Tuscany. As a present for my birthday my girlfriend Asia brought me on a hystorical train that railed all over some old places in the hearth of Tuscany!

I'm still sorting through my thousands of images from last month's trip to central British Columbia, and today came across this little gem. There's something about the shot that utterly captivates me, and I'm just delighted with it. I was sitting in a small boat, watching this female grizzly fishing for salmon. Suddenly she poked her head up and looked right at me. The moment lasted all of half a second, which was enough time for me to fire off 4 shots. This one was the best.

Finally getting to editing some images from my escape a week ago. The fresh snow on the landscape really was a nice bonus!

Just finished processing my photos from my trip to Banff. I was there for a conference, but was able to head out with Jonathan for a morning photo shoot and extended the trip by a day. I can't wait to go back. I've already posted some of my favorites, but here are a couple more.
