This shot isn't completely current anymore, but I just came back from Bolivia with more picture than I can process...

Wow, I need to check out this thread more often. Great shots in here recently!!!
Thanks Jayson. Here's another one from the next morning. Southern Bolivia is a truly fascinating place. I wish I spent more time there.

I really like this shot from yesterday:
Canon 5DIV, 500 f/4 II with 1.4 tc, 700 mm, 1/800, f/5.6, ISO 640
Attachment 2725
Unfortunately, the white in the chick's face is blown out. I do have several that aren't blown out, but I do like the moment captured here. Thanks for viewing...Brant
Great capture Brant. You can hardly notice the blown white...doesn't detract from the nice family moment.
Here is one from earlier this summer:

This is a composite image of salmon jumping up a waterfall (locally called "Big Falls"). Amazing the determination of these fish to make it upstream!

That is cool. Nicely done.
Do you know about how big they are?
Thanks Brant.
If I had to guess, most would be around 40-50cm (16"-20"). Local salmon fishing regulations permit keeping fish up to 63cm (25") and anything larger has to be hook and release only. A couple of the larger fish in this shot may have been larger than the 63cm limit.
