I have sold $5k+ on Amazon. You can kill on there. It takes 2-3 weeks to get paid but I have sold lenses for more than what I paid for them (24-70 included).

The 1st two are really nice. I think they'd be much better if you cropped them to the portrait orientation though. That would help reduce some of that background and your niece would fill the frame....

Pretty neat right :-) The beach and the bay were separated by about four blocks and rarely did the two skies look similar. It was really cloudy at the beach that day so I guess there was just enough...

I very much doubt it. I also have a 5DIII and use a T4i with 18-200mm for travel. So far I am happy with its performance. For me it's choosing the right tool for the right job.

I may have unreasonably high hopes for this lens but Sigma "seems" to be bringing the heat lately. And $3,600 sounds "cheap" ;-)
