Answering my own question about super-compressed RAW, I see that Nikon has already done that with the Z9. It drops the 45 MP image down to 22 MB, and gives over 1800 continuous shots at 20 fps...

- Bigger battery (like the R3)
- Track-pad style AF-ON button (ditto)
- Dual CF Express cards
