Swimming in money...
I know that I really needed more light, because I really wanted more depth of field and stop action...
However, I was already pushing ISO 1600 and set exposure compensation to -1....
If there's any other suggestions, I'd appreciate the input. I'm thinking it would have been a great opportunity to try the new strobe setup, but I was kind of in a hurry.
So, the tell Part: I'm packing stuff up, have to get rid of this old snake cage that played many parts in the demise of rodents and chickens, and after I carefully remove the doors to make future hinged picture frames, I notice that this spoon is bouncing as I take my sawzall to the roof of the darn thing. Lightbulb, tripod, timer release... spare change and a cup of water... Re-engage the sawzall...

I really like the overall lighting, even though, just like you said, more DOF would have been nice.
