Are You Ready for the Football "Ouch"
This was on Yahoo. Fotog getting nailed at a football game.
If you pause in a few places I think you can see when the camera and lens actually separate from each other.

Re: Are You Ready for the Football "Ouch"
Wow, that's a serious collision. I think you're right his camera is toast! That's why everyone needs to keep their head on a swivel. Sometimes it's easy to get tunnel vision when looking through a super-telephoto. I understand that the player has to get back to the huddle, but I can't believe that he showed absolutely zero concern whatsover for the photographer, yet I'm sure he's excited when his picture is in the paper. What a _____!

Wow, that was head on! Spectacular and it reminds me of shooting motocross and looking trough my 200mm lens and at the same time having a motor landing about half a meter from me...I get this guy, too bad he did get hit
It's part of the game, isn't it?
It's not sportsmanlike from the player though. At least not that I can see in the video. Perhaps he went later on? I bet he didn't expect it either ![Wink](images/smilies/wink.png)
