    HDR "like" short cut?

Playing around with RAW and CS6 highlights, shadows, etc.

So I can "over expose" a bit, pull down the highlights and pull up the shadows a bit, increase saturation a bit.... Looks HDRish?

    Thoughts???

Picked a particularly boring part of a particularly boring pic just to show the impact.

Not very colorful, etc but wanting to focus on shadows and highlights.

Took exposure down a little, shadows up ALOT, highlights down a little.

It looks pretty good actually HDR is just a name. Higher Dynamic Range. I think in this case it works very well to recover parts of your photo and make it look more natural to the eye.
