Does anyone use fototime.com to sell photos.


I currently have a web site with smugmug pro


I like it, Im just browsing for a possible change.


My MAC customers are having trouble with smugmug.

I used them for a couple of years. Never had any real issues except one client not following crop instructions properly. Heads were cropped off when prints arrived. I contacted Fototime and they fixed the problem free of charge (one time only). They have since changed the cropping process but I always gave specific instructions after that first incident. Other than that I found them to be easy to use and the print quality was excellant. I stopped using them when my business dried up and am no longer selling prints. I guess I have run out of energy and photo enthusiasm.
